Ink My Tale ("we", "our", "us") is a personalised children's book and gifting brand based in India. We create custom books, art frames, and related products featuring personalised names and content. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable GST. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfer for bulk orders. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. Your order is confirmed only after payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalisation details you provide (name, dedication, gender, language preference). Please review your submission carefully before checkout. For standard personalised books, we send a digital proof within 3–5 business days. You may request up to 2 rounds of revisions at no charge. Additional revisions are charged at ₹299 per round. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing (WhatsApp or email). We are not responsible for errors you have approved.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control. For domestic shipments (India), standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. For international orders, delivery is 10–18 business days and may be subject to customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Since all books are made-to-order and personalised, we do not accept returns for change of mind. You may cancel before we begin production (i.e., before the proof is sent) for a full refund. Cancellations after proof delivery are charged a ₹599 design fee. We offer a full refund if: (a) you are not satisfied after 2 proof revisions, (b) there is a printing defect, or (c) your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.

All illustrations, designs, stories, and website content are the intellectual property of Ink My Tale and protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content created by us without explicit written permission. Your personalised book is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

We collect only the information necessary to fulfil your order: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and personalisation details. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payment and arrange delivery. We use Supabase for data storage (servers in Singapore/EU) and Razorpay for payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Cookies are used only for session management and analytics. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Data is retained for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink My Tale's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or emotional distress.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
